To register and maintain an active account with bet877, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Processing times for bank transfers may vary. bet877 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which bet877 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours, subject to completed identity verification. bet877 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. In the event of a conflict between the rules displayed within a game interface provided by a third-party game studio and the rules stated on the bet877 platform, the bet877 platform rules take precedence for settlement purposes.

• The account holder has been identified on a self-exclusion list or as a person under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed by bet877 due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in whole or in part where the breach involved fraudulent conduct or abuse of promotional offers.

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet877 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account or any bet877 service, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.

Waiver: bet877's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of bet877 to be effective.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party. bet877 may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided that the acquiring entity assumes all obligations under this Agreement.

Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
